Trans Support, Gender & Identity Exploration

What drew me to this work is a passion for giving people safe and understanding places to be truly themselves. As a non-binary person I also know personally what it’s like try and shed the rules and expectations gender places upon you at birth in an attempt to be a more authentic and realized version of your Self. I strongly believe this is needed now more than ever as the world becomes increasingly hostile to those of us who want to live outside societies boxes and choose for ourselves.

Whether you are already on your path or are curious about the road ahead you will find a supportive home at Bittersweet Psychotherapy! It’s filled with joy but can also be arduous work and I promise to be there with understanding, guidance and resources for every step of the way.
